Decinta is in our executive management team and clinical team. She is our Chief Executive Officer and is also a qualified Social Worker, Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Decinta is a driven and passionate person who enjoys helping others be the best versions of themselves. Her qualifications in Psychology and Social Work as well as her working history in disability, drug and alcohol, family violence and the justice department helps her to not only understand the various systems and structures that impact on people's lives but also the resources that may be available to help them move forward. She thrives on creating support networks for others, helping them to identify their strengths and working with them to help solve problems that may be arising. 

Decinta has a love for music, creativity, learning and spending time with family.
