- Techniques to support their PDA child's nervous system
- Psychoeducation about how the PDA brain works
- How to trouble shoot specific sticking points for their PDA-er
- How to create a more harmonious home life with and for your PDA-er

Sandra is a Provisional Psychologist and a PDA-informed practitioner with both academic knowledge and clinical experience in supporting PDA children and their families. They work from a neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative perspective and understands the significant challenges families face when supporting their PDA-er. They also recognize the meaningful growth and successes that can occur when children are supported in ways that regulate their nervous systems. They aim to bring knowledge, empathy, and understanding to help families navigate life with a PDA-er in their midst.
