Aleksandra works collaboratively, utilising a range of therapy styles, predominantly Mindfulness based strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Approach.
